David Lysenko graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from the United States’ best diplomacy program at Georgetown University. His work experience includes time at the Office of Russian Affairs and the Office of Political and Military Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. David has received numerous awards and fellowships, including the Critical Language Scholarship (CLS), U.S. China Fellowship, and the Carroll Fellowship.
