Diaz Alejandro
Alejandro Diaz graduated from MIT with both a B.S. and Masters of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Alejandro is half Mexican and half Portuguese and grew up speaking both English and Spanish at home; he has worked to become fluent in Portuguese as well! Using these language skills, Alejandro has taught engineering and math oriented classes of (10-30 students ages 10-18) in Spain and Peru through MIT’s Global Teaching Lab. Alejandro has tutored Python, technical and creative writing, math for standardized tests, and assorted engineering skills — ranging from circuitry and PCB design to the engineering process.
Helping students 1-1 and getting them the success they deserve is one of Alejandro’s passions and what brought him to Hermiona. Outside of work Alejandro is an avid climber and enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga and playing the guitar.
