Customer Success Manager  (remote)

from $2,800 to $4,000 monthly

Full-time commitment, 30+ hours per week

Hermiona Education is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team.


The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the relationships with clients and incoming leads, acting as the primary point of contact between the client's family and the academic team of Hermiona. This position is an excellent way to jumpstart your career in an innovative, Boston-based American company.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys creative problem solving, is not afraid of to think out of the box, and is looking to grow within a fast-paced and rapidly expanding American company. There are numerous avenues for professional growth available at Hermiona Education, with some of them being in project management, product development, or marketing, – it's up to you to find yours!

The role involves working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and VIP clients. It requires exceptional communication skills, quick responsiveness, and a professional, client-oriented approach at all times. You should be comfortable handling urgent requests and making decisions promptly when needed.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between Hermiona Education and its clients, managing all aspects of the client relationship, respond to client requests and time-sensitive matters promptly, maintaining professionalism and accuracy even under pressure
• Coordinate schedule of lessons, mentorship sessions, and consultations for each client
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure that each client's academic progress is tracked, and that the client's goals are met
• Proactively identify and resolve issues or concerns raised by clients, and ensure that all client feedback is addressed in a timely and effective manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and work to identify opportunities to expand the relationship over time
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, student profile documentation, contracts, etc.


What we look for in an ideal candidate:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize efficiently in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Skilled in written communication, particularly in crafting clear and professional business correspondence
• Strong interpersonal communicator, able to build and maintain productive, positive relationships
• Creative and proactive problem-solver, demonstrating initiative and the ability to develop effective solutions
• Collaborative and independent, equally comfortable working as part of a team or managing responsibilities autonomously
• Driven and professional, with a strong work ethic and consistently positive attitude


Qualifications:

• Availability 30+ hours/week
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1+)
• Spoken and written proficiency in at least one additional language – Chinese/Russian/Spanish/Ukrainian – desired

Previous experience in a client-facing role is highly desired, and so is experience in B2B and B2C sales
