David is a senior at Georgetown University, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a double minor in Russian language and Eastern European Studies. On-campus David works as a Resident Assistant (RA) and is also Vice President of Hoya Breaksquad, the university’s breakdancing team. David’s off-campus experience includes positions at the Office of Russian Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, Interfax, and Luma Health.
